• Microsoft® Excel® 2007 SP2 or Excel 2010 (32-bit only)
• Microsoft® Office Hotfix KB976477 (Excel® 2007 only)
• Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.0
• Visual Studio 2010 Tools for the Office Runtime
• MathWorks MATLAB® Component Runtime v7.15
